TEKNIK PEMERIKSAAN CERVICAL 4 POSISI DENGAN KLINIS TETRAPLEGIA MENGGUNAKAN MODALITAS DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY (DR) DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RUMAH SAKIT X

Abstract

Kolumna Vertebra merupakan pilar utama tulang tubuh yang menyokong kepala, ekstremitas atas dan rongga dada. Kolumna Vertebra berfungsi menyalurkan berat badan tubuh ke ekstremitas bawah dan sebagai dan saluran yang melindungi saraf spinalis serta menyelubungi selaput otak.). Salah satu kelainan atau patologi pada columna vertebra thoracolumbal disebabkan oleh faktor kongenital maupun faktor lain. Patologi yang dapat timbul antara lain adalah scoliosis. Scoliosis merupakan kelainan bentuk tulang belakang ke sisi lateral yang berlebihan pada vertebra. Scoliosis sering di alami anak usia 10-14 tahun, terutama anak perempuan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui teknik pemeriksaan Vertebra Thoracolumbal dengan klinis scoliosis di Instalasi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Januari 2024 sampai dengan 10 Februari 2023. Dengan pasien adalah An. T usia 8 tahun. Pada tanggal 18 Januari datang seorang pasien atas nama An. T ke Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Kediri untuk dilakukan foto rontgen scoliosis series. Dengan hasil rontgen diketahui bahwa Scoliosis dengan main curve di thoracolumbal dan postural curve di main thoracic.

ABSTRACT

 The vertebral  column is the main pillar of the body bones that support the head, upper extremities and chest cavity.  The vertebral  column functions to channel body weight to the lower extremities and as and a channel that protects the spinal  nerve and envelops the brain membrane.). One of the abnormalities or pathologies in the thoracolumbal vertebral column is caused by congenital factors or other factors. Pathologies that can arise include scoliosis. Scoliosis is an excessive deformity of the spine to the lateral  side of the vertebrae. Scoliosis is often experienced by children aged 10-14 years, especially girls. In this study, it was carried out to find out the technique of examining the Thoracolumbal Vertebra with clinical scoliosis at the Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital Installation, Kediri City. This study uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The research time was carried out from January 15, 2024 to February 10, 2023. With the patient is An. T is 8 years old. On January 18 came a patient on behalf of An. T went to the Radiology Installation of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City to take a series of scoliosis X-rays. With X-ray  results, it is known that Scoliosis with  a main curve in the thoracolumbal and a postural curve in the main thoracic.
